LUDA MARTIN
Clinical Psychologist
Luda Martin is a Clinical Psychologist who has over 20 years experience in working with children, adolescents and adults. Her experience has grown from working in major hospitals including the Royal Children’s Hospital and Austin Health and also in private practice.
Luda’s areas of expertise and interest include:
-anxiety and depression in adults, adolescents and children;
-trauma, grief and loss
-parenting issues and parent-child relational problems;
-acute and chronic health problems.
Luda uses an evidence-based approach including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and also utilizes Mindfulness, Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques. She has also been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for treatment of trauma.
Luda also has many years of experience in providing supervision to Psychologists and is able to be contacted to discuss the provision of supervision sessions.

Aneira is a Registered Psychologist (Clinical Psychology Registrar) working in private practice for a number of years. Prior to her psychology qualification, Aneira had worked across private and public health settings and has an in-depth understanding of the complexity of systems (NDIS, child protection, in-patient and community health settings) that client’s face when navigating their mental well-being.
Providing support to adults, adolescents and children, Aneira’s areas of experience and interest include:
- Depression and anxiety
- Trauma, grief and loss
- Obsessive compulsive disorder
- Interpersonal/relationship difficulties
- Parent-child relational problems and parenting issues
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
Aneira’s style of therapy is guided by psychodynamic principles which aim to increase meaningful insight and lasting awareness of both self and in relation to others. Aneira utilises evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Intensive Short-term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), mindfulness and mentalisation.
REFERRALS
And Appointments
A referral is not required to see a Psychologist. However, some individuals may be eligible for a Mental Health Treatment Plan, which can be obtained from your GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician for children. A Mental Health Treatment Plan provides Medicare rebates for up to 10 appointments per calendar year.
Both in-person and telehealth appointments are available.
